Qualified lawyer with 7+ PQE, including significant experience practicing corporate law, commercial contracting, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, emerging companies and venture capital, capital markets, or other corporate transactional work, or advising on corporate governance, including experience working in-house. In addition to managing and developing the team, you will work directly with strategic customers, help shape Harveyās go-to-market approach, and partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Enablement, and Engineering to improve how Harvey serves the legal industry.
