Job Title: Stepdown RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Med/Tele/PCU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12H Days, every other weekend Hours per Shift: 36 hours per week Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required License: Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: PCU experience, ability to read cardiac strips Description: Department: Med/Tele RN Certifications required: BLS, ACLS Must have PCU experience and be able to read strips. Common diagnoses and types of patients include adults and geriatrics, cardiac catheterizations, EP studies, pacemakers, and ETOH, as well as COVID-19 BiPAP, occasional general surgical patients with heart histories, and medical patients with cardiac histories, pneumonia, acute on chronic conditions, influenza, and sepsis.
