div>Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations (initial assessments)
Diagnose mental health conditions and develop medication treatment plans
Provide ongoing medication management and follow-up care
Monitor patient progress and adjust medications as needed
Maintain timely and accurate documentation (evaluations and med management notes)
Collaborate with therapists to support coordinated, whole-person care
Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and payer requirements.
Experience in outpatient or private practice settings
Comfort managing a high-functioning outpatient caseload
Experience working with insurance-based populations
Comfort treating a range of conditions (anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma-related disorders)
Interest in helping develop and grow a new service line.
