This position reports directly to the Chief Medical Officer with possible clinical supervision from a physician of Carolina Family Health Centers, Inc. THIS POSITION OFFERS A 40-HOUR WORKWEEK, NO WEEKENDS, FULL BENEFITS PACKAGE, SIGN-ON BONUS, ON-CALL PAY, 12 PAID HOLIDAYS, BI-WEEKLY PAY, POTENTIAL FOR STATE/FEDERAL LOAN REPAYMENT.
Within established protocols and delegation of authority, the Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner at Freedom Hill Community Health Center is responsible for promoting health, treating disease and establishing and maintaining individual treatment plans for patients of the practice.
