Maintain a daily project diary and help establish project priorities • Daily timecard entry and approval • Track and record project costs, production quantities, yield statistics, and onsite inventory counts • Compile cycle times and production information and log this information for historical data • Gather pay item quantities and collect information on extra work items • Conduct timely billing and reporting to maximize profit margins and positive cash flow • Manage and maintain department specific technology and computer programs • Document schedule delays and perform schedule updates • Assemble and distribute project plans and specifications updates • Sustain a comprehensive understanding of the plans and specifications • Coordinate efforts with management, project technicians, and customers to maintain and meet project scheduling • Provide environment where dynamic project communication occurs between Project Technicians, Management, Superintendents and customers to ensure work is accomplished in an efficient, profitable, and safe manner • Ensure proper job controls, i.e. quantities, costs, revenue and schedule • Establish and maintain working relationships with owners, agencies, subcontractors, inspectors, etc., providing customer service to develop long-term partnerships with client base • Ensure accurate reports for the job allowing for continuous improvement in performance • Assist project in helping to meet or exceed expected margins • Understanding and documentation of pipeline sampling/testing results • Other duties as assigned. • Bachelor's degree in construction management (Preferred) • Strong computer skills required with a special emphasis on Excel skills • Experience in the construction industry • Competent in all Microsoft products and scheduling experience • Strong work ethic, ability to prioritize and excellent communication skills • Willingness to work both in field and office settings and an ability to work in a high production, fast moving environment • A valid driver license and proof of insurability is required.
