Position Overview: The Head Coach for Men's & Women's Track & Field and Assistant Coach for Cross Country is responsible for planning and instructing/teaching/coaching their student-athletes, as well as the recruitment of all team members, and the performance of student-athletes during all athletic and academic activities.
