The Manager of Safety and Security’s role will be to establish and lead all activities related to maintaining a safe and secure environment for students, employees, visitors, contractors, and all community members through collaboration with local government planners, public safety officials, law enforcement, first responders, municipal and governmental agencies. SALARY: In compliance with NYC’s Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $95,000 Nightingale considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.
