Description
Job Title: Systems Software Programmer – Project Lead (12768)
Location: Columbia, SC 29210 Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week - this is subject to change to fully onsite with little to no notice.
Duration: 12 months

Position Overview : The consultant will work on the Child and Adult Care Food Program—or CACFP—including the external and internal portals, Apps & Claims Module, and Compliance Module. Responsibilities will also include upgrading and migrating existing applications, developing visual interfaces and web services, and supporting other agency development projects as assigned.

- Develop and maintain internal and external web applications using Microsoft technologies.
- Support the CACFP Apps & Claims and Compliance modules.
- Modernize and migrate existing application components.
- Develop user interfaces, APIs, and WCF-based web services.
- Perform application coding, unit testing, integration testing, and deployment.
- Manage source code, application builds, and releases through Team Foundation Server.
- Work closely with development teams, project staff, and business users.
- Independently manage assignments with minimal supervision.
