Working under the direction of the Head of School and in close collaboration with the Grammar School leadership team, the Associate Head of School supports excellence in teaching and learning, fosters a culture of professional growth, and assists in cultivating a unified, Christ-centered community. The Associate Head of School serves as an instructional and relational leader within the Grammar School, supporting the mission of Regents through the formation, mentorship, and evaluation of faculty, and through partnership with students and families.
