Compiles key HR metrics and data from a variety of sources, including human resource information systems (HRIS), engagement surveys, exit interviews, competitor’s practices, and other sources; analyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns, prepares reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to HR and Senior Leadership to help inform business decisions. Partners closely with HR and functional leaders to execute on key strategic initiatives that drive recruiting outcomes, including: strengthening our brand, attracting top talent (colleges, career fairs, workforce development, Internships, international recruitment, etc.), and optimizes recruiting operations (processes, tools, systems).
