As the face of our dealership, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding customer service and creating a positive impression of our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
Manage the dealership's main email account and respond to inquiries promptly and courteously.
Schedule appointments and assist customers with service inquiries or requests.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and conference rooms.
Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth communication and customer service delivery.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or related field is a plus.
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
