Experienced with data entry, data manipulation, and technical writing skills for inspection report preparation and review • Proficient with logistics, including planning, execution, quality control, and follow‑up • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proven planning, organizational, and time‑management abilities • Valid driver's license in good standing • Availability and willingness to travel overnight and for approximately 2 weeks per month is required • Willingness to work from Moffatt & Nichol's Raleigh, NC; Norfolk or Richmond, VA offices on non-field days • Selected candidate must consent to and pass a post-offer/pre-employment drug screening • All new hires will be required to successfully complete and pass a pre-employment (post offer) background check in compliance with NIST 800-171. Qualifications: • 5 to 10 years of bridge inspection experience • FHWA NBIS (23 CFR 650.309) Team Leader qualification • FHWA-NHI-130055 certification required • FHWA-NHI-130078 certification desired • SNBI experience desired • Experience with NCDOT bridge inspections and proficiency in WIGINS software are required • Field requirements are 5 days per week in North Carolina, Virginia or the Southern United States.
