li>Common Area and Facility Cleaning - Empty all trash containers daily, clean/polish lighting fixtures, surfaces, and trim in common areas, clean rugs, carpets, furniture, draperies/blinds, replenish bathroom supplies in office and common areas, clean laundry rooms daily (if applicable): empty trashcans, wipe down machines, sweep floors daily; mop floors twice weekly. - Grounds and Exterior Maintenance - Walks the property daily to remove trash from Grounds: (front and rear of buildings), breezeways, parking lots, playground, drain basin edges, behind fence lines, clean around all dumpsters, rake/mulch around trees and landscaped areas, weed around trees and flowerbeds, water grounds as needed.
