Job Title: RN Step Down Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Step Down Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Evening/Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Active RN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH Certification Must-Have: - At least 2 years of experience - Experience with HFNC, BIPAP - Stable GTT management - Post-operative care for CABG, AVR, MVR - Experience in cardiovascular and vascular procedures - Knowledge of AAA repair, lobectomy, CEA - Experience with NSTEMI, STEMI, ACS, pacers - Familiarity with sepsis, gastrointestinal bleeding, post DKA, respiratory failure, tracheostomy Description: Seeking experienced Registered Nurse for Step Down unit. The unit will consist of a 30-bed step-down environment and may require floating between critical care service lines.
