Skilled at organizing and maintaining work and projectsā¢Database Management ā Skilled in or the ability to learn to manage database informationā¢Maps/GIS - Must be proficient in interpreting maps and identifying and resolving contradictions or discrepancies between mapped data and actual physical characteristics of land.ā¢Plans & Drawings - Must be proficient in reading and using site plans, construction drawings, profiles, and cross-sections.ā¢Law and Government ā Knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, government regulations, executive orders, agency rules, and the democratic political process. Provide technical assistance, guidance, and resources to ESF #8 partners within the region, as well as other local and regional partners, on a variety of public health emergency preparedness issues including, but not limited to, Strategic National Stockpile planning, incident command, volunteer management, mass prophylaxis, mass fatality, medical surge, pandemic influenza, special needs populations, emergency operations, continuity of operations and exercise development.
