General Manager | Restaurant Manager | Café Manager | Store Manager | Deli Manager | Assistant General Manager | Operations Manager |Managing Partner. Managers provide leadership and motivation to ensure that all team members are guest-focused and team-focused.
With the support of the General Manager, you will drive customer service, training and development, sales & profit growth and accountability across the entire restaurant team. Secure reliable transportation to travel to your home store and other locations (restaurants, area office, etc.) as needed.
Prioritize customer satisfaction, working to create an exceptional dining experience for guests and bring a customer-centric approach to the team, encouraging a service-oriented mindset among staff members and actively addressing customer concerns to uphold the restaurant's reputation for excellence. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in overseeing and managing the daily operations of our restaurant, including the selection, development, and performance management of employees.

Training Requirements All General Managers are required to attend and successfully complete a 4-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within 2 weeks of their official start date.
