BSA Program Manager Synovus Financial CorpBSA Program ManagerGAJob Duties and Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain the BSA/AML compliance program; monitor regulatory changes and ensure timely updates to policies and procedures; oversee BSA/AML risk assessments and internal controls; coordinate and lead BSA/AML training for staff; manage investigations of suspicious activity and ensure timely filing of required reports (e.g., SARs, CTRs); collaborate with internal departments and external partners to support compliance objectives; prepare for and support regulatory examinations and audits; analyze program effectiveness and recommend improvements; maintain accurate records and documentation; report program status and key metrics to senior management. Minimum Education: Bachelor''s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; Minimum Experience: minimum 5 years of experience in BSA/AML compliance or financial services; Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:strong knowledge of BSA/AML regulations and best practices; experience managing compliance programs and leading teams; excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; strong communication and interpersonal abilities; proficiency with compliance management systems and Microsoft Office Suite; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
