The General Manager is responsible for ensuring the operations of the Front Office, House Keeping, and Food and Beverage Departments are in an attentive, friendly, efficient and courteous manner, providing all guests with quality service prior to and throughout their stay, controlling costs and minimizing expenses. Respond to all guest requests, problems, complaints and/or accidents presented at the Front Desk or through reservation, comment cards, letters and/or phone calls in an attentive, efficient, and courteous manner .
