Bachelor's Degree Preferred • At minimum of 5 years' experience as an Executive level position in a luxury operation • Pre-opening hotel experience as a General Manager is preferred • Experience in directly overseeing luxury residential real estate • Experience in managing residential HOA • Experience with third-party and management agreement contracts with food and beverage on property operations • Experience with overseeing spa and wellness partnerships • Self-motivated, well-organized, ability to motivate others, and results-driven leader with exceptional ability to meet and exceed deadlines and goals • Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace • Requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Ability to supervise subordinate staff, including, but not limited to, assignment of duties, evaluating service, and issuing disciplinary action when necessary • Must possess advanced computer skills • Budgetary analysis capabilities required; ability to prepare and analyze data, figures, and transcriptions prepared on and generated by computer.
