Compensation package includes roughly $67,000 a year in wages (45 hours a week estimate) $7,800 a year towards health insurance, $3,000+ a year in food benefits, paid vacation of 1.5-2 weeks a year (based on hours worked), $600 a year towards a cell phone plan, $480 a year towards a gym membership, $600 a year towards personal leadership development and a one time $300 allotment for professional uniforms. The Assistant GM is primarily responsible for the strategic planning and execution of our guest experience strategy which will entail a mix of hands-on service, coaching team members, and personal development training from our Chick-fil-A Owner, Daniel Mitchell.
