- Associate’s degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or Management or similar degree required, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Today, KMG owns and operates twenty one hotels, representing various franchises like Marriott, Hilton, Inter Continental Hotels Group & Choice Hotels International.
- Leading from the front with regard to Production and Service (daily operations) of the restaurant.
- We want you to be comfortable interacting with customers and associates and, at the same time, manage production on the grill while adhering to food safety regulations.
