Compensation: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Keke’s Breakfast Cafe is dedicated to providing an outstanding breakfast; a meal where everything is handmade, using the best ingredients available, with fresh fruits and vegetables that are delivered daily, and using the highest quality bread and dairy products. SUMMARY OF POSITION: Oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation.

A leader in the human capital, RPO, and technology solutions space since 1998. Mission: Our Mission is to provide comprehensive solutions that drive innovation and help people and businesses realize their full potential. Vision: Turn innovative ideas into leading services that help businesses achieve their most challenging goals. To be considered the employer of choice by our staff and community. We are not your typical firm… The market has changed. A Lot. And unlike many talent and technology firms, we haven't just bolted on capabilities to keep pace. We reinvent ourselves daily with research, branding, and communications at our core. That has helped us attract the necessary talent to become a human capital management and technology powerhouse, and a true leader in every sense. Method3 and the companies that have become part of Method3 (Augustine, Inc. and others) collectively have a history dating back to 1998. We are proud to have a history that places us as one of the true pioneers in the RPO space. Today, there are dozens of lookalikes; however, look deeper and you will find that Method3 carved out a stake in the formation of the space. Augustine, Inc., now a part of the Method3 family, is a known leader in recruitment outsourcing since 1998 and has accumulated more experience than anyone in the delivery of world-class Recruitment Process Outsourcing programs. This knowledge, process, and people is now part of the Method3 family. Method3 operates a comprehensive US based Research Center of Excellence which serves as the hub of our delivery model. Utilizing our proprietary Method3 Research, Sourcing, and Analytics Platform, our research specialists uncover the best candidates that are not to be found on the Internet job boards. We have built a massive database of over 6 million potential candidates from target company lists and from our proprietary sourcing processes . Unlike traditional headhunters, Method3 provides all candidates and research data generated throughout our engagements only to the client for whom we are providing recruitment services. We structure each engagement to deliver the exact level of service at the proper cost, based on the specific hiring needs of our client. Method3′s model is customer-centric. Every step we take and every move we make (name that tune!) is customer focused and based upon delivering better business results. Unlike search agencies, whose orientation is more toward the candidate as the client, our only goal is to hire the best people for your company. We serve as an extension of your company, representing only your positions and interests to the candidate. From SLA's to process transparency (clients have complete visibility to aspects of our process), our level of customer service is unparalleled. Other key initiatives including the merger with ISS (Integrated Staffing Solutions) have further positioned Method3 as a market innovator. The Technology Solutions Group of Method3 provides a wealth of technology-based consulting services to government and enterprise customers and further expands our momentum in the RPO and consultancy space, helps us capitalize on the continued integration of technology into our processes, and fosters further technology integrated solutions to accelerate results for our clients. All in an effort to take Method3′s business to the next level as the company develops new technology platforms and capabilities and drives the next generation of RPO experiences.
