Knowledge: Computerized record keeping methods and procedures; Archival/storage/retrieval/indexing of records; Supervisory theories, practices and principles; Legal Terminology, laws, rules and regulations governing general jurisdiction courts; Office and project management, organizational management theories, practices and principles; Clear, concise verbal and written skills; Experience in the use of computers and basic software programs to include troubleshooting and working closely with technology services departments; Customer service techniques and team building concepts; Project Management theories; Office practices and procedures, including time management principles; Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff at all organizational levels and the general public; and.
