Responsibilities will also include, but are not limited to: Leading investigations conducted with the assistance of Massachusetts State Police Troopers assigned to the Attorney General's Office, as well as investigators from other local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies, such as the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration; Reviewing all search warrants sought in connection with these investigations, which include, but are not limited to, GPS tracking, "ping" and cell-site simulator, cell-site location information (CSLI), and wiretap warrants; Extensive grand jury practice, including, but not limited to, immunization of witnesses, working with civilian witnesses/victims, and working with victim witness advocates; Handling all phases of litigation for cases stemming from these investigations in Superior Court, including motions to suppress, trials, and related civil forfeiture claims.
