Participates in special projects as needed and performs other duties as assigned Maintains a professional atmosphere and relationship with facility leadership teams JOB REQUIREMENTS: This position requires the following minimal requirements: Skill in planning, organizing, and implementing work assignments or projects Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to Work well with others in a spirit of teamwork and cooperation Training and motivation of staff Ability to strengthen relationships with facilities, vendors, and hospital leadership teams Effectively deals with conflict Experience using computer software tools such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Outlook Ability to handle multiple priorities Ability to make decisions under pressure Maintains working area and equipment in accordance with environmental and safety regulations EDUCATION – Bachelor’s Degree required. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Represents the VPCS when necessary and acts on his/her behalf in his/her absence Consults with and advises the VPCS on problems relating to the operation of the region/markets Accurately assesses, plans, designs, integrates, coordinates and directs services using a collaborative process, according to the scope of service offered that is consistent with resource allocation, organization policies and operational plans Coordinates and integrates services within the facilities to achieve key performance indicators and benchmarks Completes written performance evaluations on all personnel by evaluation date Execution of facility and company policies Adheres to Code of Conduct and Mission & Value Statement.
