Forklift Operator Responsibilities: Operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently Load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the facility Supply production lines with necessary materials and packaging supplies Transport finished products to designated warehouse locations Perform daily forklift inspections and report equipment issues Maintain accurate inventory movement and documentation Assist with shipping, receiving, and warehouse organization Follow safety procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) Keep work areas clean and organized Support production and warehouse teams as needed Report food safety and food quality concerns to authorized personnel immediately Forklift Operator Requirements: Previous forklift operating experience required Sit-down and/or stand-up forklift experience preferred Forklift certification preferred but not required Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Basic math and documentation skills required Ability to work independently and in a team environment Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed Comfortable working in a manufacturing and warehouse environment Important Dress Code & GMP Rules: Full-length pants required (no shorts) No tank tops, crop tops, cut-off shirts, or t-shirts No earrings, necklaces, or facial piercings Only plain wedding bands allowed (no stones) No fake eyelashes, fake nails, or nail polish No food or drinks allowed on the production floor Water bottles and water coolers are provided onsite Apply today to start your career with a company that offers long-term growth and opportunity!
