p>In This Role You Will: - Maintains all floor surfaces, vinyl floor covering, carpeting, ceramic and quart tile, and concrete in the community to include, but not limited to, resident units, corridors, common areas, and storage areas. Must be knowledgeable of manufacturers instructions and practices proper methods of: stripping applying, scrubbing, and generally maintain floor finish; dust mopping, wet/dry vacuuming/ wet mopping; buffing; carpet cleaning.
