Position Responsibilities:Support our field team to ensure customer application needs are metServe as a Subject-Matter-Expert in the areas of power generation, HVAC and BESS systems supporting our field teamsManage PHVAC projects to provide application support ensuring effective and efficient operation of our products to our customersRespond to and resolve power, HVAC and BESS issues and failures, including troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing faulty components.
