Responsibilities: * Guide Franchisees and their new studios through the pre-sale marketing plan * Help new studios hit sales targets from pre-sale to two months post opening * Provide on-site sales training for Sales Representatives and General Managers * Review club operations with the GM and the Franchise Owner * Host one-on-one calls and webinars with staff * Coach studios on customer service best-practices * Advise on Grand Opening plans, community outreach and other business needs Requirements: * Multi-unit sales experience required, preferably fitness sales * Pre-sale or start up experience preferred * Fitness franchise experience highly preferred * Experience with grassroots marketing * Experience with ClubReady, MindBody or other gym POS & CRMs * Availability to travel up to 50% of the time Benefits: * Robust bonus & commission based off of studio revenue * Medical, Dental, & Vision Plans available * Paid Time Off * Modern work space defined by a trendy start-up culture infused with a passion for fitness .
