ul>Experience working in facilities management or related position;
Experience in managing third-party service contracts;
Evidence of working collaboratively across different constituencies for effective service delivery;
Experience managing and developing full-time staff members and/or student worker populations;
Demonstrated proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making;
Evidence of effective written, interpersonal, oral, and verbal communication skills;
Experience maintaining effective working relationships, presenting to audiences, public speaking, analyzing problems, proposing effective solutions, and effectively delegating responsibilities to staff;
Experience meeting priority deadlines while providing accurate and excellent service.
Develops and maintains detailed facility project plans, schedules, budget tracking, resource coordination, and other documentation;
Collaborates with key stakeholders to purchase facility equipment, conduct preventative maintenance, facilitate repairs, oversee replacement, and coordinate layout and installation;
Works collaboratively with other facility professionals to establish priorities, responsibilities, and schedules to ensure safe, clean, and well-maintained facilities.
