Duties include: collaborate with stakeholders to deliver change and innovation to enterprise systems software applications; guide the reporting team in day-to-day activities including coding requests and quality checks utilizing PBM knowledge base along with SAS and SQL technical abilities; analyze, define, document, and develop reports and software processes to improve workflow and process improvement; determine the best application of various databases to handle operational, ad hoc, and regulatory reporting; apply principles and theoretical knowledge of software development, data mining, and reporting to analyze reporting technology for efficiency, automation, quality control, accuracy, and enhancements; and operate as subject matter expert in PBM, data mining and reporting, business intelligence/decision support, IBM AS/400, SAS, Tableau, and VB/SQL/other programming languages. Requires two (2) years of experience in each of the following: Business system analysis; Financial planning and management, including budgeting and forecasting; Using Agile methodologies for project management; Working with cross-functional teams on requirements gathering and project planning; Documenting business requirements and project finances; and Software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software development best practices.
