The Student Accounts Representative works directly within the Office of Student Financial Services on all aspects of cash management, billing, receivables, and reconciliation, as well as departmental planning, with an emphasis on communication and customer service, under the general supervision of the Student Accounts Manager. More than 6,000 full-time students are enrolled in graduate programs in osteopathic medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, physician assistant studies, physical therapy, occupational therapy, nurse anesthesia, cardiovascular perfusion, podiatry, optometry, clinical psychology, speech language pathology, biomedical sciences, and veterinary medicine.

In addition, this position will have the overall responsibility of providing the members with accurate, efficient, and courteous service focusing on the following: opening of new accounts; maintaining member records; responding to member needs (via phone, email, face-to-face, etc.); processing member transactions via all mediums and accurately balancing work.
