The Property Director is responsible for the all-around management of a residential multi-family community, which includes, but is not limited to, overseeing all operations including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, collections, evictions, vacancy anticipation, marketing, lease renewals, service contracts, expense control, audits, etc. Analyze market research by staying current on relevant market issues and competitive information while working closely with Marketing Department on solutions for implementation.
