p>A significant component of this role involves hands-on oversight of illiquid private investments across a diverse asset class mix, including commercial and residential real estate debt and equity, bank loans, asset-backed and other specialty finance structured products, subordinated debt, and preferred and common equity in privately held companies, as well as fixed income, derivatives, and other unique securities. - Target range of 8-14 years of experience in financial accounting, audit, or finance roles within an alternative investment manager, public accounting, or similar environment, with significant exposure to credit, residential and commercial real estate, private equity, or hedge funds structures, including complex blocker structures.
