Working Conditions: This individual will be exposed primarily to a construction site environment with conditions that can expose them to high noise levels, dirty conditions, dust, mud, fumes or airborne particles and risk of accidents. Must be mature, flexible and self-motivated and able to administer, enforce, and coordinate project contract provisions and specifications consistent with direction provided by the Vice President, Project Manager, and/or Client Services.
