The Field Clinical Specialist works using independent judgement, partners with local Account Managers to increase clinical support, education resulting in increased clinical acumen. Responsible for driving solution implementation, providing both proactive and reactive customer support, optimizing customer laboratory configuration, and contributing to ultimate retention and menu expansion of current customers by teaming with Laboratory Account Managers (AMLs) and Strategic Account Executives (SAEs), as applicable.
