2–3 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: customer service, order processing, ERP systems, supply chain, accounting/bookkeeping, internal or field sales support, or related operational roles• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, MIS, or related field • Strong written and verbal communication skills• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Coordinate international shipping requirements with distribution centers and logistics partners• Prepare and review export documentation including commercial invoices, shipper’s letters of instruction, certificates of origin, and trade agreement documentation (e.g., USMCA)• Review international letters of credit to support compliant and successful transactions• Communicate with freight forwarders, brokers, and carriers to support smooth export operations.
