We will train you to call on small and medium-sized businesses that operate in a variety of industries, meeting face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers to offer some of the industry's best supplemental insurance products and services to them and their employees. Follow up on provided sales leads and cold-call on businesses in person, balancing "cold" lead generation and sales with your warm leads and appointments with existing clients.

Technically Comfortable: Able to assess homes and buildings, understand HVAC and electrical considerations that affect pest entry and treatments, and coordinate with technicians for safe, effective solutions. Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new residential and commercial leads through cold calling, door-to-door canvassing, community events, open houses, and referral networks.
p/> Unlike traditional office-based roles, you will spend the majority of your day out in the field, cold calling using our Custom Salesforce CRM, building rapport with potential clients, and delivering compelling product presentations. Because your primary goal is to establish connections with business owners and key decision-makers at small and medium-sized businesses within your sales territory through in-person sales calls, the hours that you work should/will reflect times when these businesses are open.
