Field Service Technician MIRATECH CorporationField Service TechnicianWashington, DCFull timeSpecific Duties and Responsibilities:Commissioning the total system scope supplied by MIRATECH on new installations Perform routine maintenance and service on existing products Provide telephone support to customers including troubleshooting and replacement parts identification Site coordination and project meetings Post-commissioning customer training on operations and maintenance Daily reports to customers and internal staff while in the field Follow up customer calls after service work completion Keep up-to-date on company products and services Plan own work schedule efficiently Maintain test equipment and special tools calibration Serve as MIRATECH's primary on-site technical representative at a designated customer facility for the duration of the assigned contract. Proficiency with AC and DC Circuits including Relay Logic Sharp analytical mind with an interest in engines, controls, and emissions Enthusiasm to learn and become an expert Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions and work in a loosely structured environment Excellent organizational and time management skills; able to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines Excellent problem solving skills Initial assignment may require full-time residence at a single customer site with 24/7 on-call availability for the duration of the contract.
