As our Field Service Engineer, you will be an integral part of a team of engineers who assist our Customer Support (CS) organization install, repair and maintain ASML systems at customer sites. ul> p>This intermediate-level field position is responsible for testing, calibration, verification, preventative maintenance, installation and repair services on a variety of equipment including; laboratory instrumentation, medical testing devices, kiosk equipment, power three-phase high voltage UPS and distribution equipment and/or other EMSAR and client equipment. Equipment Management Service and Repair - EMSAR, headquartered in Wilmington, Ohio, is a fast-growing national technical services company providing maintenance, repair and installation services to OEMs in the Healthcare, Laboratory, Self-Service Kiosk, and Critical Power sectors. p>Serving as the primary regional liaison between customers, Field Services leadership, Sales, and cross-functional teams, the Associate Director ensures seamless communication, proactive problem resolution, and effective integration of Nihon Kohden systems within hospital environments. This role remains highly client-focused while balancing operational and financial performance, supporting quarterly business reviews, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring the West Region consistently meets service performance and customer satisfaction objectives. p>As our Field Service Engineer, you will be an integral part of a team of engineers who assist our Customer Support (CS) organization install, repair and maintain ASML systems at customer sites. The Field Service Engineer - Swing Shift has daily interaction with customer and interfaces often with specific senior engineers, line managers, internal stakeholders, and the external customer. This role remains highly client-focused while balancing operational and financial performance, supporting quarterly business reviews, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring the West Region consistently meets service performance and customer satisfaction objectives. p>Required Qualifications: p>Field Service Engineers perform all Customer Support duties and responsibilities relating to Swisslog Healthcare products, including preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, warranty service, emergency service, on-call service, start-up of current systems, operator maintenance and user training, and promotion of company products and services as required. Military experience as an E4 or above preferred (Navy, Air Force, Army, Marines, Coast Guard, Space Force, National Guard, Reserves) Military occupational specialties related to electrical, mechanical, power generation, electronics, or industrial maintenance Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred Experience with electrical equipment, power systems, generators, controls, automation systems, motors, or industrial equipment Experience performing maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, or commissioning activities Familiarity with electrical drawings, schematics, or technical manuals Experience leading teams or coordinating field activities Exposure to low-voltage or medium-voltage power distribution equipment Ready to create your own journey? Participants will develop technical knowledge of Siemens low-voltage and medium-voltage power distribution equipment while working alongside experienced Field Service Engineers supporting customer projects nationwide. Demonstrated track record of using the latest technology - including AI and agentic tooling - to scale a service team's capacity without scaling its headcount proportionally; concrete examples preferred (deployed AI-assisted troubleshooting, knowledge retrieval, log-analysis copilots, or similar tools in a production service operation). Additional tracking and evaluation of branch Value Added Products and Services (VAPS) inventory management ensuring inventory levels are accounted for and process improvements are in place. p>What youll do: li>Document, track and monitor all technical issues and solutions Communicate with remote users via phone or email in order to troubleshoot problems using (and sometimes without use of) remote connectivity tools.
