As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance in a specified region through ongoing support initiatives including; Division Sales Manager, Sales Manager hiring, field sales training / development (division sales managers, managers, new hires,and tenured), sales profitability, adherence to the Champion sales playbook, performance management, and sales leadership training. Responsibilities: Assists Sales Manager and District Sales Managers with sales hiring, training and performance management best practices including adherence to the Champion playbook (10 step presentation, pricing desk, self-generation funnel building, etc.).
