SKILLS Required: a) Proficient in command and control procedures via remote links, as well as, the end-to-end intelligence collection mission planning and execution cycle b) Ability to maintain a broad and up-to-date situational awareness of current mission operations; quickly gain understanding of current mission target environments and associated dynamics; familiar with intelligence collection methods and infrastructure Desired: a) Ability to quickly identify and characterize previously unidentified intelligence problems and then configure and operate the collection sensor to successfully collect against the new problems. p>Working Conditions:• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds continuously throughout the workday,• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, squat, and twist, throughout the workday,• This includes frequently walking on sloped ground and slippery and uneven surfaces,• This position requires the ability to stand for extended periods of time and the constant use of hands and arms,• This job requires the ability to see, whether naturally or with vision correction tools (e.g., glasses, contact lenses),• Performing strenuous work for extended periods in varying temperatures, humidity, wind, and other inclement weather conditions,• Work may be performed in environments with exposure to extremely hot materials, fuel, fumes, vapors, dust, grease and oils, as well as loud and/or constant noise and moving equipment. Job Requirements:• Must have 1 or more years of asphalt paver operation experience,• Valid unrestricted drivers license with a good driving history preferred,• Must have reliable transportation,• Ability to follow directions of the supervisor and other crew members, • High School diploma, GED or equivalent desired, • Solid understanding of all aspects of the paving operation including preparatory work, grades, drainage, paving patterns, joints, compaction and other details related to asphalt paving, • Must be able to lift, spread, and move materials by hand or hand tools such as shovels, • DC Class 7B Operators license required, • Must be able to successfully pass a background and drug screening.
