You help ensure that each Ambassador equips stakeholders with information regarding neighborhood resources and services, assists those in need to directly access services, provides low-threshold case management, and represents GLIDE as a model brand Ambassador.
The Field Manager is “in our streets” ensuring that the Ambassadors facilitate safety, cleanliness, and meaningful access to shelter, food, medical care, behavioral health care, testing, medication-assisted treatment, and other support services. GLIDE maintains an "open door" policy to the community and its clients, who frequently enter and leave the building.
We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information.
