Work at a high level for extended periods during system emergencies including bird-dogging, providing field supervision, overseeing contractors, and map-room assistance in drawing jobs and coordinating resources. Exercise usual supervisory authority regarding personnel matters such as selection, training, discipline, performance appraisal, work assignments, promotions, employee relations, and salary changes; Analyze and project future personnel requirements.
