This includes and is not limited to: biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans and participation in treatment team meetings, documentation of patient progress and other required documentation, referrals and coordination of aftercare treatment, discharge education groups, communication with families/correspondents, community providers and facilities/agencies, law enforcements, and attorneys. Employees must possess a thorough knowledge of social service policies, practices, and techniques, having mastered the technical job content, perform work of greater complexity, exercise greater independence in making decisions, excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and have an established reputation and credibility both within the agency and community.
