Specific responsibilities include providing patient experience expertise to support the development, maintenance, and engagement of Patient Family Advisory Councils and Patient Family Advisors to guide targeted departments and patient populations throughout the organization to ensure the identification and implementation of improvement projects that enhance the quality and experience of care. The Patient and Family Engagement Specialist provide project management and execution for patient- and family- centered improvement projects in areas of responsibility and across CM systems to provide meaningful support to leaders, patients, and families that is engaging and leads to safer health outcomes.
