Starting Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 /year based on experience PLUS $5,000 Sign-on Bonus!Data Validation: Review and verify EPIC data fields, including policy numbers, commissions, ICO/PPE, and related billing details before processing.
To be successful in this role, you should have experience with and an understanding of the following: - Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Contributes to consistent client experience by executing work in alignment with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while providing superior customer service and support to clients and third parties.
