Works collaboratively with the practice team, attending physicians, house staff, consulting physician(s), and other disciplines to identify, develop, implement, create and modify as necessary an appropriate plan of care that considers potential outcomes and goals of care, maximizes patient/family satisfaction, and that enhances quality, access, and cost outcomes. Collaborates with the Director of Advanced Practice Nurses and Physician Assistants, and the division chief of the clinical department in the recruitment, retention, and human resource management of the nurse practitioners and physician assistants assigned to respective service.
