$200,000 - $350,000 a year

Provides safe and effective care, including benchmarking for NP/PA practice, by leading and initiating areas for improvement in patient care or unit operations, outcome, quality and patient safety improvement activities in alignment with organizational goals, i.e. LOS, CLABSI/CAUTI rates/goals, etc.
