Adult Congenital Heart Disease, Cardiovascular Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (FT) Lebanon Dartmouth-Hitchcock HealthAdult Congenital Heart Disease, Cardiovascular Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (FT) LebanonLebanon, New HampshireThe APP would be dedicated to primarily ambulatory but also inpatient settings, helping to provide and coordinate high quality care and education to adult congenital heart patients and their families as part of a multidisciplinary team, and with the support of a staff cardiologist and in collaboration with our partners at the Boston Adult Congenital Heart program. The candidate would be joining a diverse Section comprised of both physicians and APPs, with the opportunity to collaborate with innovative cardiology subspecialties such as the Electrophysiology team, Heart Failure and Pulmonary HTN team, and the Interventional and Structural Heart teams.
